No informed support, no product features.
After 2 days of working with support to determine why my supported dive computer would not update firmware, I was informed that it doesn’t really support my Oceanic VT3. This is after calls to Oceanic telling me to call Palegic to get it working, and 2 days of back and forth with Palegic. Nobody knows this product and nobody seems to know their dive computers. My suggestion is to avoid not only this software, but any dive computer that requires it to log and manage your computer. Total garbage.
It has all the nifty cloud nonesense to archive photos, and youtube videos, but fails at the basics, like updating firmware bugs that could lead to life threatening errors.
